In February 2024, I assumed the role of Global Lead for OTAs at Protect Group.
I am an entrepreneur, business leader, and strategist with 15 years of corporate experience in the TravelTech and OTAs. I bring a multicultural background (Asian and European), and expertise spanning consumer technology, internet publishing, hospitality, travel tech and startups.
Before joining Protect Group, I spent 11 years at Booking Holdings, the world’s leading provider of online travel and related services, serving as APAC Regional Director of Strategic Partnerships at Kayak.com and as Regional & Country Director of Partner Services across key markets at Agoda.com.
I hold a Global MBA from The University of Manchester, UK and a Master and Bachelor degrees in International Business from institutions in France. Additionally, I am a member of Women in Tech APAC, HEDNA, and several hospitality groups.
I currently reside in Bangkok, Thailand, with my husband.
Stephen is a 25-year veteran of the travel industry primarily focused on online retailing, e-commerce, and reservation systems. He is the co-founder and former CEO of Rezgo, a pioneer in the experiences reservation space and most recently was Head of Product at Holibob, and VP of Content at Arival.
Stephen continues yo be active advocate for industry standards and is a current Board Member of OCTO, the distribution standards body for the experiences sector. He also served as the Board Chair of the Open Travel Alliance for five years.
