Matt joined Protect Group in July 2021 with a strong background in recruitment within the UK & US Tech markets. Originally operating in the capacity of Recruitment Manager, Matt was tasked with executing our global growth plans through the establishment of our recruitment function. As the business grew from strength to strength he was promoted to Head of Global Recruitment in 2022 and spent more than 2 years traveling the world working closely with the Senior Leadership team to open new offices and hire new employees.

Having experienced major career growth and success at Protect Group, Matt then stepped into the role of Head of Sales for Salary Protect in 2024 based out of our Leeds office. He is currently working closely with leading UK Benefit Providers and FTSE 350 companies to scale the product to new heights. 

Outside of work Matt is a keen sports enthusiast having previously played water polo for GB and you can often find him in the gym, playing football or out running!
