Felipe Tochetti is the Business Development Director for Oceania and Indonesia, based in the Sydney office. In this role, he is responsible for driving business development and fostering growth across the region.
With a strong sales background and four years of experience at Protect Group, Felipe has successfully worked across multiple regions, honing his expertise in building strategic partnerships and expanding market presence.
Outside of work, Felipe enjoys being outdoors and staying active, as well as exploring good food and coffee.
Shanna is a Chartered Accountant with almost 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. She leads the group’s finance department, overseeing financial reporting and statutory compliance.
Shanna strives for excellence in everything that she does. She is committed to cultivating a team culture where integrity, growth & development and empathy are pillars for high performance.
Outside of work, Shanna enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and loves the outdoors.
Aqeel is a Business Development Manager in our Europe sales team based in our Leeds, UK office. Following his undergraduate studies in Psychology, he ventured into the world of Account Management and Sales. Having found a passion for delivering real value to clients, Aqeel uses this passion to look after the growth of our European Transport segment.
Aqeel was born and raised in Germany before moving to the UK full time. He speaks 4 languages fluently reflecting Protect Group’s global company culture.
When he is not travelling and meeting clients, Aqeel loves spending time with his young family and on the side he is also an avid Liverpool FC fan!
Jason Mastrine is a strategic, visionary business leader and event technology consultant with an unmatched passion for the industry. An intuitive translator of ideas, an active listener, and an engaging communicator, Jason has a unique perspective on how integrated tech solutions can improve fan experiences and engagement while optimizing revenue and internal operations.
Prior to joining the Protect team in Fall, 2023, Jason held senior positions at Billfold Cashless Solutions, Patron Technology (now Leap), and TicketsWest. In the late 90’s Jason co-developed String Cheese Incident Ticketing - a direct-to-fan artist ticketing company that successfully challenged Ticketmaster in a 2004 antitrust court battle.
Jason has experience in ticketing operations and sales, artist & festival management, venue promotion, grassroots, digital, and partner marketing, and event sponsorship. He has degrees from Indiana University and the University of Alabama, and lives in Denver, Colorado with his three teens and dog Winny.
Tiago Kaniak is Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Protect Group, where he leads commercial growth and strategic partnerships across North, Central, and South America.Tiago began his career selling raw materials and specialty additives to the chemical industry, developing a strong foundation in complex B2B sales, technical value selling, and long-cycle negotiations. He later transitioned into the consulting world, advising organizations on commercial strategy and operational optimization, before moving into technology sales.
In 2019, Tiago joined Protect Group to help establish and scale its North American operations. Since then, he has played a key role in expanding the company’s footprint across multiple verticals, working with enterprise partners to unlock new ancillary revenue streams through seamless, white-label solutions.
Based in Montreal, Canada, Tiago manages the Americas sales region and is known for his relationship-driven approach, data-backed commercial strategy, and ability to close complex, multi-year enterprise agreements. Born and raised in Brazil, he brings a global mindset and cultural fluency that helps bridge markets and build long-term partnerships across the region.
Outside of work, Tiago’s biggest passion is bringing people together. Whether in the depths of a Canadian winter or during a warm summer evening, he loves hosting friends and family around a great barbecue, a tradition deeply rooted in his Brazilian heritage.
Mauro is a Business Development Manager in our Montevideo, Uruguay office. He graduated as a Public Accountant, and with his financial background, he is comfortable with numbers and has a passion for business.
Mauro joined Protect Group in 2022, since then, he actively engaged with companies across Latin America to promote our solutions. Professional and driven, he excels at building strong professional connections and closing deals to help businesses in the region deliver value to both clients and stakeholders.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He enjoys playing sports, especially football, which is a passion for him as a true Uruguayan. He also enjoys relaxing by the beach with a mate in hand, and highly values spending quality time with family and friends.

Kamolchanok "Gun" Kongtong is a Customer Experience Executive agent based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Her previous career was as an operational executive for 3 years and had been growing in her career path to be an operational supervisor for 2 years in the tourism and hospitality industry. She had a background in Tourism and Hospitality education.
She joined Protect Group in March 2022 and delivers exceptional customer experiences to our Partners’ customers around the world. Apart from work, she loves to stay home with good beer and spend time with family. She also enjoys travelling and exploring new countries and cultures.
Tamer is our Regional Director for the Middle East & Turkey at Protect Group. He’s based in our Dubai office and oversees strategic partnerships, business development and growth in the region.
Tamer has a background in travel technology and has worked for well-known international companies like Expedia Group and Marriott International. He is passionate about travel, technology, and the power of data to drive business success.
Tamer holds a degree in Business and Management from the University of Exeter in the UK and is recognized for his contributions to the travel and hospitality industries.
When he’s not closing deals and meeting new partners, Tamer likes to spend time with his wife and two-year-old son. He also loves travelling, scuba diving and Japanese cuisine.
Ken Koizumi became the Country Manager of Protect Group Japan in 2023, spearheading growth strategies and driving the company’s expansion in the Japanese market. With a proven track record of success in fostering startup growth and business development across global companies, Ken brings a wealth of experience to the role.
Ken's career began with the establishment of Japan Internet Broadcasting Co., Ltd. As a pioneer in the Video-on-Demand (VOD) subscription service industry, he successfully led the company to success and sold it in 2011. Following this, he served as Customer Success Director at Hulu, Business Development Director at Airbnb, and held leadership roles at Uber, driving growth in the Japanese market as well as across Asia. In each of these positions, Ken contributed to business expansion through exceptional strategic vision and execution.
A graduate of Aoyama Gakuin University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Ken is equally passionate outside of work. He enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, jet skiing, and snowboarding, constantly seeking new challenges and adventures. His dynamic and enthusiastic approach to life enhances his leadership qualities.
